The Grand Traverse made it over, Titans Girls’ Soccer overpowered the Center Vikings, Titans Track continued to wow in Cedaredge, and we have a new Snowblade Extremes Champion.
Kochevar’s takes the Town League Hockey Crown while Titans Track and Field and Girls’ Soccer start their seasons with success on the road. Looking ahead, the 45th Annual Al Johnson Uphill/Downhill race is this weekend, and Than lays out the deets.
Titans girls’ soccer had a great week, Titans Track led the pack in Hotchkiss, and the Al Johnson went (up and) down last weekend. Looking forward, we preview the Grand Traverse.
Titans Hoops and Hockey end their postseason tourney runs, Altitude Painting bests the Eldo in a Town League hockey barnburner, and the Gothic Mountain Tour toured as advertised. Also, Stewie discusses skiing with a disgraced funnyman.
Titans Hockey and Hoops enter the postseason, Hockey holding the Peak Conference Title (!) The Last Steep wins over Alpine Lumber in Town League Hockey Action, and the CB Mountain Sports Freeride Team brings home some hardware from Taos. Looking ahead to the weekend, Prater Cup ski racing on the hill and the Gothic Mountain Tour on the Nordic Trails.
Aaron Blunck successfully defends his World Championship on the halfpipe in Park City, while Titans hockey had a mixed weekend against Aspen. Titans girls hoops continues to improve, and the boys split the weekend with a win and a loss. And REG dominated Clark’s in a shutout win in Town League Hockey. Also, Jurassic Park and the Big Lebowski. Also, it’s Pledge Drive time at KBUT.
